The Flower Expo Memorial Park Tsurumi Ryokuchi is a large urban park spanning approximately 123 hectares, located just a short walk from the "Tsurumi Ryokuchi" station on the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi Ryokuchi Line. Established as a wide-area park in 1972 and significantly developed for the EXPO '90 "International Flower and Greenery Expo," it is now widely loved as one of the premier relaxation spots in Osaka, bearing the name "Hanabaku."

At the center of the park is a large pond where migratory birds rest, surrounded by a variety of facilities. The "Sakuya Konohanakan," which displays over 2,600 species and 15,000 plants from around the world in its greenhouse, allows visitors to appreciate plants from tropical to alpine regions throughout the year.
