Yutokuhinari Shrine
Yutoku Inari Shrine is located in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture, and is counted among the three great Inari shrines of Japan, along with Fushimi Inari and Kasama Inari. It was established in 1687 when the wife of the lord of Kashima, Nabeshima Naoasa, Princess Mankohin, invited a spirit from Kyoto. The vermilion-painted shrine buildings, including the main hall and the tower gate, are often referred to as "Chinzei Nikkō," and their beauty is truly breathtaking. The shrine is known for its blessings related to prosperous businesses, family fortune, and traffic safety, attracting around 3 million worshippers annually. The path leading to the Okunoin and the Meifu Shrine are also must-see spots.
