Shibamasa World is a large theme park covering an expansive area of 560,000 square meters facing the Sea of Japan. During the summer, it opens one of Japan's largest pools, attracting many tourists from the Kansai and Chukyo regions. This pool area features about 50 water slides of various sizes, with thrilling slides like "Triple Zaurus" and "The Monster Wing" being particularly popular.

Throughout the year, there are numerous attractions to enjoy. The "Pirates" area, themed around pirates, includes the cart-type roller coaster "Pirate Island Typhoon" and "Caribbean Viking," and visitors can also enjoy go-karts, buggies, clay shooting, archery, and golf. For children, there is an indoor facility called "Kids Paradise," which entertains young visitors with 13 types of play equipment.

Additionally, seasonal events such as marathons are held, and there are auto-camping areas and indoor illuminations, making it a year-round enjoyable facility. With its beautiful view of the Sea of Japan, the grassy area overlooking the sunset is also a highlight not to be missed.

Located just 3 km from the Kanazu IC on the Hokuriku Expressway, Shibamasa World is easily accessible. One of Japan’s largest resort pools

▶ The Monster Wing
A water slide that feels like a roller coaster repeatedly racing up and plunging down.
This gigantic combination slide combines a variety of slide elements, including towering cliffs and a two-stage drop immediately after a steep descent.

▶ The Monster Slider
A massive cone-shaped slide about 30 meters high, worthy of the name “Monster.” Experience a new kind of excitement like never before!

▶ Tube Slide: Triple Zaurus
Certified by Guinness World Records 2005!
An unbelievably amazing slide where water tubes twist together as they descend. From the top, you can look out over the magnificent Sea of Japan below, and its sheer height will leave you speechless!! It comes in three types: Exciting Red, Thrilling Black, and Speed White.

▶ Wave Pool: Caribbean Beach
“Caribbean Beach,” one of the largest wave pools on the Sea of Japan side.
Beautiful lawns spread out beside the pool, and you can swim while taking in the ocean view at a glance. It feels just like being on a tropical island.

▶ Adventure Slider
A curving tube body slide with a maximum length of 180 meters on a grand scale!
Also available in the indoor pool. There is also a lane for parent-and-child sliding.

▶ Lazy River
Even the classic lazy river is on a scale unique to Shibamasa World!
There are two outdoor pools (100 cm and 80 cm deep) and one indoor pool (80 cm deep), making it popular with a wide range of guests.

▶ Kids’ Pool
Kids’ pools with depths of 30 cm and 60 cm.
Enjoy water play in a cute pool with an elephant slide. The shallow pool also gives parents peace of mind.

▶ Indoor Pool Amazon
The indoor pool is heated, so you can relax even on rainy or cold days.
With a lazy river and an adventure slider, even those concerned about sunburn can have a great time. There is also a shallow kids’ pool, so children will be very satisfied.

▶ Various Slides
From the 30-meter slide, the fastest of all, to slides of different lengths and angles, there’s a wide selection to choose from. Some slides also allow parent-and-child sliding, so even younger children can enjoy them.

There are a wide variety of pools, including a jacuzzi pool, an outdoor heated pool, a canyon pool with a depth of 120 cm, and pools for small children with depths of 30 cm and 60 cm.

▶ Giant Changing Facility: Shibamasa Dome — a spacious 5,000 m² changing room!
Enjoy a roomy and comfortable changing area with air conditioning.
Facilities include lockers, a powder room (hair dryers and washbasins), shower rooms, a lounge, air services, a food corner, a shop, women’s changing room, and men’s changing room.

In addition to pirate-themed attractions, visitors can enjoy putt-putt golf and even a mystery-solving escape facility, making it a place where the whole family—from children to adults—can have fun. It also features an auto campsite to meet the growing outdoor trend in recent years.
