Toimisaki

Cape Toi is a beautiful cape located at the southernmost point of the Nichinan Coast National Park in Miyazaki Prefecture. From the white Cape Toi Lighthouse, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the lush green mountains and the Hyuga-nada Sea. It is one of the few lighthouses open for internal visits. The area around the cape is home to the native horse "Misaki Uma," designated as a national natural monument, allowing visitors to enjoy the sight of these horses living freely in nature. In spring, foals are born, providing a delightful sight. The cape is also famous for the "Toi Cape Fire Festival" held in summer, attracting many tourists.
