Attractions

▶ ZOKKON
<“MAX refreshment” bike-style ride coaster>
A bike ride-style coaster that debuted in July 2023. Climb aboard the bike-shaped ride, grip the handlebars, and race left and right while feeling the wind with your whole body on this “MAX refreshment” coaster.
With four accelerations using a linear launch system, plus one thrilling experience after another—“sudden turns,” “riding through a tunnel,” “backward travel,” and more—this heart-pounding yet comfortable ride is sure to make you want to ride again and again!
The ride itself is equipped with LED lights, and at night the three trains in green, blue, and pink shine brilliantly. In addition, an audio system is installed near the ride’s base. Enjoy the coaster’s unique sense of speed with music filling the air and your whole body.

▶ FUJIYAMA

FUJIYAMA is one of the world’s largest and most intense coasters, featuring “steep drops,” “sharp climbs,” “sudden turns,” “side-to-side shaking,” and “sudden stops.”
Born in 1996, when loops and screws were at the height of popularity, FUJIYAMA pursued a layout that fully captures the original appeal of coasters: “bright, fun thrills” and “the true essence of a coaster.”
Since its debut, it has led the world’s scream-coaster scene, and as a classic coaster without inversions, it remains hugely popular as the “King of Coasters,” boasting world-class specs to this day.
Its popularity lies in its world-class performance, with 25 million riders served (as of the end of November 2021)! No matter how many times you ride, it promises a fear that takes you back to basics.

▶ Takabisha

A large roller coaster that debuted in July 2011. From a drop in darkness and linear-motor acceleration to seven twists, a stomach-dropping 121-degree maximum drop angle, a steep climb while facing the sky, and a momentary pause in a nose-down position—everything about Takabisha is extraordinary.
Drawing on all the know-how gained through large coaster development, it achieved a world-record-certified maximum drop angle of 121 degrees and boasts specs among the largest in the world.
As a single-car coaster (8 riders), it delivers even more extreme movements than linked coasters, guaranteeing the “ultimate fear” from every seat! A nonstop succession of screams awaits.

▶ Eejanaika

While running, the seats spin around forward and backward, and the direction of travel also switches between forward and backward! Since its debut in July 2006, Eejanaika has continued to attract fans with its unconventional movements that overturn coaster norms.
During the ride, there are three types of rotations: “the seats rotate front-to-back,” “a looping giant somersault,” and “twisting rotations.” The total number of rotations, 14 in all, was certified as a world record at the time of opening.
Why not open the door to a whole new kind of experience?

▶ Do-Dodonpa
<180 km/h in 1.56 seconds after launch! The speed king beyond the skies!>
180 km/h in just 1.56 seconds after launch! This is a “super-powered” acceleration attraction boasting the world’s No. 1 acceleration and one of the largest loops in the world.
From the zero-G fall immediately after launch and the huge banked turn where centrifugal force tilts your body sideways, to the dynamic course layout that makes full use of Fuji-Q Highland’s vast grounds, every section offers sharp contrasts and exhilarating speed.
Driven by the desire to “pursue even greater speed,” the attraction sought the world’s strongest acceleration. As a result, the original 53-meter vertical tower on the Do-Dodonpa course could no longer absorb the acceleration, so the course was redesigned to be caught by a “world-class giant loop” with a diameter of 39.7 meters, completing Do-Dodonpa!

▶ Tentekomai

This scream attraction lets you harness the wind and experience acrobatic thrills while circling through the sky. When you move the huge wings attached to each vehicle yourself, the craft begins to sway right → left → right → left. Just as the motion seems to widen, the vehicle starts spinning sideways.
Once the wind is on your side, things get hectic. The craft spins again and again beyond your control, leaving you in a true “tentekomai” frenzy!
Once the sideways rotation begins, 3 full minutes of acrobatic thrills unlike anything you’ve ever experienced await. This unique spinning scream ride has many repeat riders.

▶ Tekkotsu Bancho

Set in a quiet, tree-lined area, Tekkotsu Bancho is an attraction where swings attached to four wires rise and fall while rotating horizontally. It invites you to an “unknown scream” that rivals Fuji-Q Highland’s four major roller coasters.
As a rotating swing attraction exceeding 50 meters in height, it was the first of its kind in Japan and boasts the highest specs in the country, reaching a top speed of 51 km/h. The floating sensation of being swung around with your legs dangling is truly exceptional!

▶ Red Tower

Plunge vertically from 52 meters up at a maximum speed of 65 km/h! In that instant, you’ll experience a weightless sensation like you’re floating in space—an instant-scream tower attraction that delivers thrills you can’t normally experience in everyday life.
But the highlight isn’t only the vertical drop. As you slowly ascend toward the top, and for a few seconds at the summit, the view depends on your seat position among the four directions: you may overlook Fujiyoshida City or take in a panoramic view of Mount Fuji towering before you. Enjoy the magnificent scenery while feeling the suspense of not knowing when you’ll drop. In fact, the eerie wait before falling may be scarier than the drop itself!?
The ride pauses at the top, then suddenly drops after a few seconds. As support disappears all at once, you’ll feel your body lift from the seat in that moment. Maximum G-force: 4G.

And more.
