Tamatsukuri Onsen
Tamatsukuri Onsen is one of the oldest hot springs in Japan, established during the Nara period, and is widely known as a beauty hot spring. The "Izumo no Kuni Fudoki" states, "Once you enter, you become beautiful; enter again and all ailments are cured," highlighting its long-recognized efficacy. The water is weakly alkaline and rich in metasilicic acid, which hydrates the skin and provides moisturizing benefits comparable to that of skincare products, improving baseline moisture levels by up to 165%. The hot spring town features three foot bath spots and a power spot for relationship blessings, offering a wealth of attractions to relax and enjoy while soothing travel fatigue.
