Lake Biwa Terrace
Biwa Lake Valley is located at an elevation of 1,100 meters on the summit of Mt. Uchimi, offering a spectacular view of Lake Biwa. Visitors can reach the summit in about five minutes via the ropeway from the base, where they can enjoy the stunning scenery of the Biwa Lake Terrace throughout the four seasons. In spring, you can see cherry blossoms; in autumn, the beautiful fall foliage; and in winter, it becomes a popular ski resort.
