Kurashiki Ivy Square

Kurashiki Ivy Square

Kurashiki Ivy Square is a multi-use cultural facility located in the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. It has been renovated from the original headquarters of the Kurashiki Spinning Company. The building features a distinctive exterior with red bricks entwined with ivy and has been designated a Modern Industrial Heritage site. Within the premises, there are pottery workshops where visitors can experience pottery making, as well as the Kurabo Memorial Hall, which conveys the history of industry from that era. Guests can also stay at the hotel, allowing them to enjoy a special moment in a retro space while experiencing the atmosphere of the Meiji era.
