Michi-no-Eki "Shodoshima Olive Park"
The "Shodoshima Olive Park" roadside station is located on a small hill that offers a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea. It is a Mediterranean-themed spot featuring about 2,000 olive trees and over 130 types of herbs. The park is also famous as a filming location for the live-action movie "Kiki's Delivery Service," where visitors can enjoy the movie's atmosphere at the souvenir shop "Gu Choki Pan." Within the park, there are facilities such as the Olive Museum, a Greek windmill, and the hot spring facility "Sun Olive Onsen," and hands-on craft experiences that engage all five senses are also popular.
