Tokyu Kabukicho Tower is a super high-rise complex that opened on April 14, 2023 in the Kabukicho area of Shinjuku, Tokyo. Standing 48 stories above ground and 5 below, with a height of approximately 225 meters, it offers visitors new experiences as an urban entertainment tower that blends entertainment, accommodation, dining, and art.
The concept of the facility is “Pursue what you love to the fullest.” It aims to be a place where the diverse “likes” and passions of many people gather, intersect, and give rise to new culture and lifestyles. By combining the real and the online, it has become a new landmark in Shinjuku, providing a space where people can encounter what they love and share their passions.

Food and Amusement
2F: Shinjuku Kabuki Hall – Kabuki Yokocho
An entertainment food hall themed around “Japanese festivals,” bringing together 10 restaurants serving local dishes from across Japan. With music, videos, and performances, it stays lively throughout the day, operating from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following morning at some outlets, for up to 23 hours a day.
3F: namco TOKYO
An amusement facility with a neon-lit space lined with the latest arcade machines and large crane games. It also features prizes focused on popular characters such as “One Piece” and “Dragon Ball,” as well as the “ASOBINOTES” lounge, where an AI DJ provides music. Live performances and events are also held, making it a space where visitors can enjoy food and entertainment together.
4F: THE TOKYO MATRIX (Sword Art Online Anomaly Quest)
An interactive attraction based on the world of the popular anime Sword Art Online. Using virtual reality, it offers an immersive game experience centered on dungeon escape and puzzle-solving challenges.
Film, Stage, and Music
6F–8F: THEATER MILANO-Za
A theater that carries on the name of the former Shinjuku Milano-za once located on this site. With around 900 seats, it hosts a wide range of performances, including musicals, plays, concerts, and film screenings. Although it has seats up to the third level, the distance to the stage remains close, allowing for highly immersive viewing.
9F–10F: 109 Cinemas Premium Shinjuku
A premium cinema with 8 screens and a total of 752 seats. The seats are luxurious recliners. The BGM and sound system were supervised by the late Ryuichi Sakamoto, and the latest “Screen X” technology is also installed, projecting images not only on the front screen but also onto the left and right walls. With certain ticket packages, guests can also enjoy all-you-can-drink beverages and all-you-can-eat popcorn.
B1F–4F Below Ground: Zepp Shinjuku / ZERO TOKYO
- Zepp Shinjuku: A live music venue with a maximum standing capacity of 1,500 and approximately 530 seats when set up for seated performances. It hosts concerts by popular artists from Japan and overseas.
- ZERO TOKYO: A nightlife entertainment facility spanning B2F to B4F. Composed of five areas, it hosts club events that combine music, lighting, and performances.

17F: Jam17 DINING & BAR
A hotel-operated restaurant and bar located inside HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU. It offers menus suited to lunch, tea time, and dinner. Guests can enjoy Western-style courses and light meals with Japanese touches, as well as evening parfaits. The name refers to Kabukicho as a place where diversity blends together like a jam session.
18F and 20F–38F: HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel
