Tottori Nijisseiki Kenkankan (Nashikko-kan)
The Tottori 20th Century Pear Memorial Hall, known as "Nashikko-kan," is Japan's only museum dedicated to pears, located within the Kurayoshi Park Square in Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture. Inside the museum, a giant 20-meter-wide tree of the 20th Century Pear is displayed as a symbol, accompanied by a rich assortment of exhibits highlighting the history and industry related to pears. The museum is very popular among families, offering opportunities for pear tasting, simulation games, and cultivation experiences in the pear garden. Additionally, visitors can enjoy the "20th Century Pear Soft Serve" at the attached parlor, which showcases a delightful harmony of refreshing acidity and vanilla.
