From Kochi JR Station, take the Tosaden Kotsu Sanbashi Line bound for Sanbashidori 5-chome for 5 minutes. Transfer at Harimaya Bridge to the Tosaden Kotsu Ino Line heading towards Ino for 4 minutes, then get off at Kochi Castle front and walk for 10 minutes.
