Take Nagasaki Bus route number 5 (to Inasa-yama Park) from Nagasaki Station, and get off at the last stop, "Inasa-yama Park Bus Stop."
Access to Inasa-yama Summit (to Inasa-yama Observatory)
[If using the Ropeway]
Take Nagasaki Bus routes number 3 or 4 (to Shimo-ohashi, Koehara, or Aikawa) from Nagasaki Station and get off at the Ropeway-mae bus stop. It's about a 3-minute walk to the ropeway station, and then take the ropeway from Fujin Shrine Station for about 5 minutes.
